What happens if I don't receive my order on time?
We have no control over FedEx, once a package leaves our facility its up to the shipper to deliver the package in a timely manner. If for some reason your order doesn't arrive on time, no worries, we put enough dry ice/ice packs to last for at least an additional two day delay. If the products are thawed upon arrival and cold to the touch, they are perfectly fine to freeze. If your products arrive late and they're warm to the touch, or the cooler is damaged please call us immediately. Also please take a short video and/or pictures of the products and the damaged cooler so we can send you a new order and we can file a claim with the shipper.

What's the shelf life on your products?
One year shelf life on all of our vacuum sealed items & 6 months on any items that are not vacuum sealed, such as shrimp, lobster tails, scallops, etc.

Can I order your products fresh instead of frozen?
YES! We ship our products fresh and frozen. If you prefer fresh, simply call us with your order and we will ship it fresh with enough ice packs to maintain 38 degrees upon arrival.

What if I don't like an Item I purchased, Can I get a refund?
If for any reason you aren't thrilled with our items, we will gladly replace or exchange the item for you.

Do you have a money back guarantee?
We do not offer a money back guarantee. If the item or items arrive late and inedible due to FedEx or UPS delivering your order late, call us immediately so we can reship your order and file a claim with the shipper.
Our Guarantee; If for any reason you aren't thrilled with our items, we will gladly replace or exchange the item for a different item you!

Can I choose my own items and create a custom box instead of ordering so many of one item?
YES! We have a local meat market & we offer our customers FRESH custom boxes that we deliver weekly! If you'd like to build your own custom box, please call us and we can take your custom box order over the phone.

How long will my delivery take once I place my order?
We ship Monday through Thursday depending on your location. If you place your order on Friday, it will ship on Monday unless you live in NC, Or SC, we can ship ground which takes one day to residential only for Saturday delivery. If you are ordering from the Midwest or West Coast, We ship ground on Mondays & Tuesdays to ensure delivery by Friday. If you need any orders sooner you can choose either three day, second day or express overnight.
